Journal - Franklin Institute of the State of Pennsylvania
A long-running technical periodical issued by the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia from 1826, carrying papers on science, engineering, meteorology and patents for engineers, inventors and industrial researchers. The plates run to line diagrams: radioactive decay charts plotting uranium and thorium series against atomic weight, a cylindrical periodic-table projection with ruled group lines, and gridded pressure and yield-value curves useful as spare scientific linework and axis-and-grid backgrounds.
