A West Coast trade journal on electrical engineering, power transmission, and gas works, published from 1899 by the Technical Publishing Co. in San Francisco for the Pacific Coast Electric Transmission Association and its member engineers and utility operators. Halftone photographs document equipment in service, such as an interurban car with diamond pantograph and its crew posed on running board and roof.
