Journal of electricity
A San Francisco trade periodical published by Technical Pub. Co. in 1917, written for electrical engineers, power-plant operators and utility managers on the Pacific coast. The plate is a halftone photograph of a generating hall: gas-driven engines with large spoked flywheels, a tiled switchboard wall, workmen at scale, and tall steel-sashed windows under a trussed roof, useful for industrial interiors, machine silhouettes and period factory lighting.
