The Kindergarten-Primary Magazine
A monthly trade periodical for kindergarten and primary teachers, issued in 1912 by the Kindergarten Magazine Company of New York and Manistee, Michigan. Its pages mix coarse halftone photographs of children and teachers at work with crisp line diagrams: Froebel gift constructions drawn as stacked cubes and gabled block houses, paper-weaving and plaiting grids, and craft patterns usable as instructional schematics, pattern fills, or heavily screened photographic texture.
