Kleine Schriften
Ferdinand Dümmler's collected papers on ancient philosophy, classical philology and archaeology, gathered after his death in 1896 and issued in Leipzig by S. Hirzel in 1901 for academic readers. The plates are plain ink facsimiles of archaic Greek graffiti — letters running backwards along a bronze fibula, scratched on sherds and a stone fragment, with an incised outline hand — useful as pre-classical letterforms, retrograde inscription layouts and scratched-line textures.
