A Dutch festival book of 1691, written by Govard Bidloo and illustrated by Romeyn de Hooghe with Carel Allard and Jacob Gole, published in The Hague by Arnoud Leers to record the arrival of William III and the arches, processions and fireworks staged in his honour. Dense etchings divide into gridded compartments of allegorical scenes and emblematic panels, with trophy vignettes of armour, drums and flags below, plus wide street views of mounted processions and chariots; useful for trophy clusters, framed emblem grids, and crowd-filled architectural backdrops.
