Labor-saving looms
A 1907 trade catalogue of power looms issued by the Draper Corporation of Hopedale, Massachusetts, written largely by George Otis Draper for mill owners and textile machinery buyers. Halftone photographs of cast-iron loom frames sit beside line-drawn side elevations in which linkages, cams, gears and shuttle mechanisms are traced in black over pale grey castings, useful for diagrammatic overlays and machine silhouettes.
