The language of the hand, being a concise exposition of the principles and practice of the art of reading the hand
A popular palmistry manual by Henry Frith, drawing on Edward Heron-Allen's chiromancy writings, issued by Routledge in New York, London and Manchester in 1899 for amateur hand-readers. The twenty diagrams are outline drawings of open palms in plain contour line, each marked with a few long creases and short hatched strokes, usable as minimal hand silhouettes and line-mark motifs.
