An account of the Accademia di San Luca's 1711 prize ceremony on the Capitoline, compiled by the academy's secretary Giuseppe Ghezzi with verse by Niccolò Forteguerri and printed in Rome by Gaetano Zenobi for the academy's members and patrons. The woodcut ornament includes flower swags hung from strapwork, acanthus headpieces with masks, trophies of arms and banners, and a tasselled cardinal's arms with a lozenge-charged shield, all usable as headpieces, tailpieces and small heraldic devices.
