Le due nuove campane di Campidoglio : benedette dalla santità di N.S. Pio VII., P.O.M.
An antiquarian account by Francesco Cancellieri of two new bells blessed by Pius VII for the Capitoline tower, printed in Rome by Antonio Fulgoni in 1806 for clerical and scholarly readers. Small copperplate views show the Campidoglio piazza with its stairs and statues, an obelisk-lined street of palace fronts, and St. Peter's dome, useful for architectural silhouettes and fine hatched shading.
