Le peintre-graveur illustré : (xix et xx siècles)
Loys Delteil's Le peintre-graveur illustré is a catalogue raisonné of nineteenth- and twentieth-century etchings and lithographs, published by the author in Paris from 1906 for print collectors, dealers and scholars. The reproductions are Barbizon-style landscape etchings — massed foliage, riverbanks, cattle, small figures on sunken roads — built from dense drypoint hatching with wide tonal range, useful for texture fills, tree silhouettes and plate-mark framing.
