Lettera all' illustrissimo e reverendissimo Monsignor fr. Giacinto Maria Milcovich, arcivescovo di Ragusi, intorno ad un' antica medaglia de' Caistrani
A short antiquarian letter by Mattia Zarillo addressed to Archbishop Giacinto Maria Milcovich on an ancient coin of the Caystrani, printed in Naples by Giuseppe Raimondi in 1755 for scholars of Greek numismatics and inscriptions. The woodcut ornament includes a symmetrical headpiece with flower basket, urns and acanthus scrolls, a grotesque mask flanked by cornucopias, and an initial D set against a hill town.
