Le vetrate di S. Francesco in Assisi : studio storico iconografico
Egidio Maria Giusto's 1911 historical and iconographic study of the stained glass at the Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi, published in Milan by Alfieri e Lacroix for art historians and students of medieval glass. Plates reproduce whole lancet windows in high-contrast black and white: stacked medallions of saints and narrative scenes, heraldic shields, rosettes and tracery, usable as silhouette pattern and grid.
