Life and work at the Great Pyramid during the months of January, February, March, and April, A.D. 1865 : with a discussion of the facts ascertained
A three-volume survey report by Scottish Astronomer Royal Charles Piazzi Smyth, published in Edinburgh in 1867, recording his measurements of the Great Pyramid for astronomers, antiquarians and pyramid theorists. The plates are engraved surveying diagrams: plans and sections of passages and chambers, hatched masonry, dotted sight lines, angled shafts and ruled scale bars, useful for technical-drawing texture and measured line work.
