Light distribution and tests of new types of incandescent lamps
An engineering thesis on incandescent lamp photometry by William Renick Scott and Owen Martin Ward, submitted at the University of Illinois in 1907 for examiners in electrical engineering. Its plates are hand-inked polar candlepower diagrams on tinted paper: blue printed radial grids overdrawn with black and red figure-eight curves, small lamp silhouettes at center, and handwritten degree and percentage labels.
