Light and lighting

Illuminating Engineering Society, Association of Public Lighting Engineers (Great Britain) · 1908 · [London] · 216 pictures

Light and lighting is a trade journal issued from London in 1908 by the Illuminating Engineering Society and the Association of Public Lighting Engineers, written for engineers, architects and lamp manufacturers. Halftone photographs and line diagrams catalogue gas and electric fixtures — pendant globes, reflector shades, street lanterns, brass chandeliers — alongside beam charts, giving designers isolated period hardware silhouettes on plain grounds.
