Light and lighting
Light and lighting is the journal of the Illuminating Engineering Society and the Association of Public Lighting Engineers, published in London from 1908 for lighting engineers, municipal officials and fixture manufacturers. Halftone photographs show pressed-glass reflectors, enamelled pendant factory shades, motor headlamps and beams raking across walls and aerial views, set beside photometric distribution curves and candlepower plots useful as technical diagram and product-catalogue source material.
