Li marmi eruditi, ouero, Lettere sopra alcune antiche inscrizione
Sertorio Orsato's letters on ancient Latin inscriptions, printed by Pietro Maria Frambotto at Padua in 1659 for antiquarians and scholars of Roman epigraphy. The cuts are small woodcut initials built from laurel and acanthus leaves around heavy block letters, plus a printer's device of a tree with a banderole motto and a seated figure; useful as drop caps, leafy square frames, and inscription lettering models.
