A suite of etched architectural fragments drawn in Rome by Gilles-Marie Oppenord and published by Gabriel Huquier in Paris in 1720 for architects, carvers and ornament designers. Each plate crops cornices, altar fronts, cartouches, consoles, urns and framed panels at the page edge in fine outline with light hatching, giving clean isolated motifs — scrolled brackets, acanthus volutes, winged putti, reclining figures — that can be lifted singly as line art or reassembled into borders and frames.
