Loom-fixing and weaving. A book for all who are interested in such matters
A short technical manual on loom-fixing and weaving written by George Franks Ivey and printed in Shelby, North Carolina, in 1896 for mill hands and overseers in Southern cotton weaving rooms. The scanned plates here are the Library of Congress ownership endpaper: a repeating olive-green seal of an eagle within a beaded ring, set on a diamond lattice of lettering over cream stock, usable as a tiling background, a border strip, or a source for small heraldic roundels.
