L'ordre françois trouvé dans la nature, présenté au roi le 21 septembre 1776. Orné de planches gravées d'après les dessins de l'auteur
An architectural treatise by Ribart de Chamoust, printed in Paris in 1783 at the author's expense, proposing a French order derived from trees and presented to Louis XVI in 1776, aimed at architects, academicians and court patrons. Engraved plates after the author's drawings give temple elevations and sections, comparative column orders with measured scales, and geometric diagrams of triple-shaft plans, usable as line-art architecture, ruled scale bars and compass constructions.
