A German art-historical monograph by Felix Mader on the Renaissance sculptor Loy Hering, published in Munich in 1905 by the Gesellschaft für Christliche Kunst for scholars and collectors of German sculpture. The plates are halftone photographs of carved stone epitaphs, altar reliefs and memorial tablets, showing Crucifixion and Resurrection scenes, kneeling donors, angels, coats of arms and inscription panels set in pilastered architectural frames.
