The magic clothes-pin
A 1926 American picture story for young children, written by Maude Barrows Dutton Lynch and published by Houghton Mifflin in Boston and New York. The illustrations are limited-color lithographs in orange, yellow and black, showing a boy, a shaggy terrier and rows of clothes-pin figures set against flat blocks of color, useful for spot vignettes, borders and reduced palettes.
