Manly Palmer Hall collection of alchemical manuscripts, 1500-1825
A bound volume from the Manly Palmer Hall collection of alchemical, Hermetic and Masonic manuscripts assembled from European sources of roughly 1500 to 1825, now held by the Getty Research Institute and digitised for researchers of occult and Rosicrucian texts. The images here are the binding's marbled endpapers: red and black pigment combed and dragged into swirls, feathered veins and dense spatter, usable as full-bleed backgrounds, cover papers or texture overlays.
