Manly Palmer Hall collection of alchemical manuscripts, 1500-1825
A volume from the Manly Palmer Hall collection of alchemical, Hermetic and Masonic manuscripts copied between 1500 and 1825, now at the Getty Research Institute and digitised for scholars of occult and Rosicrucian texts. The images here are not text pages but the book's own covers and endpapers: hand-marbled sheets of red, black and cream swirled into curls and stone patterns, plus a red leather corner with gilt fillet, usable as backgrounds, cover papers and repeat-pattern source material.
