Marci Antonii Nattae astensis De pvlchro libri sex
A Latin treatise on beauty in six books by the Asti jurist Marcus Antonius Natta, printed at Pavia by Francesco Moscheni in 1553 for scholars and humanist readers. The plates are woodcut initials: square white-vine and foliate letters D and N with curling tendrils and small blossoms, plus a pictorial O framing St. Jerome kneeling before a crucifix with his lion, usable as drop caps, borders, or single ornament motifs.
