Marmora Pisaurensia notis illustrata
A Latin antiquarian study of Roman inscriptions at Pesaro, compiled by Annibale degli Abbati Olivieri-Giordani and printed by Nicolò Gavelli in 1737 for scholars of epigraphy. Woodcut ornaments accompany the text: framed square vignettes of a stylised acanthus or lily, and horizontal headbands of scrolling foliage, grapes, birds and a central mask, useful as borders, rules and spot devices.
