Schubert, Hermann, 1848-1911, McCormack, Thomas J. (Thomas Joseph), 1865-1932 · 1917 · Chicago, The Open court publishing company · 5 pictures

Hermann Schubert's popular mathematical essays on magic squares, hyperspace and squaring the circle, translated by Thomas J. McCormack and published by Open Court in Chicago, 1917, for general readers and students. The figures are line diagrams of triangles and intersecting straight lines with numbered and lettered vertices, printed on cream paper: usable as sparse geometric linework, point-and-line lattices, and labelled construction figures.
