Amédée Doppet's Médecine occulte, ou, Traité de magie naturelle et médicinale, a French treatise on natural and medicinal magic printed in Paris in 1791 for readers of popular occult medicine. The woodcuts are small typographic ornaments — rococo cartouches with putti, foliate headpieces, floral sprays — plus a coarse vignette of turbaned heads and a trophy of arms, usable as spot ornament and rule breaks.
