A French treatise on improving farm buildings, written by Léon de Perthuis for the Société d'agriculture du département de la Seine and printed in Paris in 1805 for landowners and estate managers. Engraved plates give ground plans of farmyards, barns, stables and dairies with labelled rooms, plus sections through cellars, ovens and timber roofs, and orchard planting grids.
