Memorandum of invention, and hints on patents ..
A short handbook and blank memorandum book for inventors, written and published by George M. Hopkins in New York in 1883, explaining how to record an invention and file for a patent. The plates mix labelled mechanical section diagrams in patent-drawing style with ruled sketching pages and an engraved view of a tall office block, giving designers letter-keyed machine parts, hatched sectional shading, and dotted-rule page grids.
