Metallgefässe
A catalogue volume of metal vessels from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, compiled by Friedrich Wilhelm von Bissing and issued in Vienna in 1901 for archaeologists and museum specialists. Halftone plates photograph bowls, dishes and phialai straight on and in profile, showing radiating flutes, petal rosettes, gadrooned rims and faint engraved animal friezes; useful as ready-made radial rosette geometry and as reference for tarnished metal surface tone.
