A microscopy handbook by Andrew Pritchard with instrument essays by C. R. Goring, published in London in 1832 for amateur and instrument-owning naturalists, with plates engraved by W. H. Kelsall. Wood-engraved text figures show mites, water fleas and rotifers in flat outline, alongside hand-coloured plates of worms and larvae with lettered parts, useful as line-ready specimen silhouettes and diagram keys.
