Miscellanea genealogica et heraldica :
A London genealogical and heraldic serial issued from 1883 for antiquaries and family historians tracing English pedigrees, arms and monumental inscriptions. The plates are line engravings and wood-engraved cuts of shields with mantling, crests and helms, hatched tincture abbreviations lettered onto each field, bookplate-style seals, and traced signatures, useful for crest silhouettes, foliate mantling scrollwork and heraldic hatching patterns.
