Model drawing, prepared for the use of the students of the Massachusetts Normal Art School, Boston, Mass.
A drawing manual written by Anson Kent Cross in 1890 for students of the Massachusetts Normal Art School in Boston, teaching model drawing and perspective construction. The plates are numbered line diagrams in thin pen: cubes and rectangular blocks with dashed hidden edges, ellipses, horizon and picture-plane lines, and convergence rays fanning to a marked center of vision, useful as ready-made geometric scaffolding, technical lettering, and abstract linear pattern.
