Monumenti etruschi o di etrusco nome
A plate volume from Francesco Inghirami's multi-part survey of Etruscan antiquities, printed at his own Poligrafia fiesolana press in Fiesole in 1821 for antiquarians, collectors, and students of ancient Italy. The plates are unshaded outline engravings recording sarcophagus and urn reliefs, coin faces, vase profiles, banquet and combat scenes and serpent-tailed figures, giving designers clean contour figure groups, narrow vertical frieze strips and circular medallions that reproduce well at any size.
