Mother Shipton's Gipsy fortune teller and dream book
A cheap paper-covered fortune-telling and dream-interpretation manual compiled and issued by H. J. Wehman in New York in 1890 for a popular urban readership. The pages shown are mostly back-cover advertising for Wehman's other titles: heavy wood-type headings, boxed price lines, and small tinted cover vignettes of minstrel stages and courting couples, useful for period display lettering and ad layout.
