A French manual on perspective drawing for irregular surfaces, written, etched and published in Paris by Abraham Bosse in 1653 for painters, engravers and students of geometry. The etched plates are line-only constructions: vanishing rays, dotted projection lines, lettered points, coffered vaults and curved walls set against blank paper, useful as diagram stock, grid overlays and architectural line art.
