Municipal Record, the weekly bulletin of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors, issued from 1908 as the city rebuilt after the earthquake and reported public works, planning and civic improvement to residents and officials. Halftones and line drawings show neoclassical civic buildings in perspective, street views with small figures, and a heavy display masthead framing the city-and-county seal.
