The weekly proceedings of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, printed by the city government in 1908 for officials, civic bodies and the press during post-earthquake rebuilding. Nearly all the images are the masthead: a circular city seal with a miner, sailing ship, Golden Gate and rising sun, set beside heavy outlined slab-serif capitals, useful for municipal seal artwork, condensed display lettering and letterpress nameplate layouts.
