Ninety-eight : a calendar for the year 1898; with some drawings suggestive of the everyday life of the past in Canada
A wall calendar for 1898 designed and published by the Toronto Art Students' League, pairing each month with pen drawings of earlier Canadian everyday life. Pen-and-ink work ranges from full-page narrative scenes of settlers and militia in birch woods to thin landscape strips, hand-lettered month names, and calendar grids framed by twigs, buds and flowers.
