Fitzpatrick of the Library of Congress Manuscript Division, printed by the Government Printing Office in 1913 for archivists and library staff handling manuscript collections. The few illustrations are plain line diagrams of storage and binding hardware — a hinged manuscript box shown open with its stacked contents — plus cloth-covered board bindings in dark green and brown.
