Noticias historicas
Volume of Francisco Monsalvatje y Fossas's Noticias historicas, a Catalan local history of castles and monasteries printed at Olot in 1889 for antiquarians and clergy in the Girona region. The plates reproduce medieval seals as line engravings: pointed-oval matrices holding standing saints and bishops under crocketed gothic canopies, armorial shields below, and Latin legends running the rim.
