Louis Poinsinet de Sivry's 1778 antiquarian treatise on ancient coins, inscriptions and hieroglyphs, printed at Maastricht by Dufour & Roux for scholarly collectors. Engraved plates show coin obverses and reverses in grids of circles, zodiac tables ringed with astrological sigils, a mummy portrait covered in symbol rows, and a woodcut trophy of wings and ribbons.
