Apartment houses of the metropolis
A 1908 trade survey published by G.C. Hesselgren in New York, cataloguing Manhattan apartment buildings for architects, builders, and landlords looking for rentable models and rates. Each page pairs a small halftone of a masonry street facade with tinted floor plans of first and upper storeys, labelled room by room, giving designers a stock of architectural line plans, room-label lettering, and letterpress page layouts.
