An annual trade directory of textile mills in the United States and Canada, compiled by the Textile World Journal and published in Boston and New York in 1916 for mill owners, buyers and machinery suppliers. The pictures are advertisers' halftones and line engravings of spinning frames, presses, pumps, drill stands and belt-driven shop machines, shown in three-quarter view against blank grounds, useful as machine silhouettes, nameplate lettering and coarse-screen halftone texture.
