An annual trade directory of textile mills in the United States and Canada, compiled by the Textile World Journal and published in Boston by Guild & Lord in 1917 for mill owners, agents and yarn buyers. The plates are engraved reference maps of mill regions, with state outlines, dense town names, rail and river lines, ruled border scales and a hatched ocean, plus a boxed title panel in mixed display types useful as map borders, lettering models or industrial-region backdrops.
