An annual trade directory of textile mills in the United States and Canada, compiled by the Textile World Journal and issued in 1920 by Boston and New York publishers for mill owners, buyers, and machinery suppliers. The plates are halftone advertising photographs of looms, spinning frames, cards, and finishing machines shot in three-quarter view against blank grounds, with cast-iron frames, flywheels, gearing, and maker's nameplates legible—usable as cutout industrial objects, machine silhouettes, and mechanical detail.
