Official exhibitor catalogue for the 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia, issued by the United States Centennial Commission for fairgoers and trade visitors. The plates are advertising wood engravings: factory views with smokestacks and streetcars, circular trademark seals with eagles, ornate lettered panels and lithographers' badges — useful for period trade marks, industrial vignettes and display type.
