Ohio archæological and historical publications
A serial of scholarly papers issued by the Ohio State Archaeological and Historical Society from Columbus beginning in 1887, for members and antiquarians documenting mound and earthwork excavations. Pictures combine halftone field photographs of open trenches, stone-slab graves and wooded mound sites with numbered line drawings of stone coursing, giving hatched rock textures, excavation sections and diagrammatic artifact keys.
